Return & Exchange Policy

At FaceGlam.in, your hygiene and safety are our top priority. Due to the nature of our cosmetic products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

1. No Return or Exchange Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, and to ensure the purity of our beauty and cosmetic products, all sales are final. Once the product is delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

We pack your order with care, but if you receive a wrong item or a product physically damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the package and product
3. Eligibility for Replacement
  • Report must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Valid proof (images/videos) is mandatory.
  • Used or opened products are not eligible for replacement.
  • FaceGlam’s decision on replacement requests will be final.
4. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if we are unable to fulfill your order or if a replacement cannot be provided. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
