We ship across India. While we aim for timely delivery, FaceGlam is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

• Returns/exchanges accepted only for unused, unopened products within 7 days.
• Used or tampered packages will not be accepted.
• Eligible refunds take 7-10 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
